3. Account Registration and Security

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bd platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. 55bd reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspension, account closure, and legal referral — where any such activity is detected or suspected:

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption that may influence the outcome of an event on which bets are placed.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, or using the platform to process or conceal proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 55bd staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform.

Any evidence of prohibited activity may be reported to the relevant financial or law-enforcement authorities at 55bd's discretion. Players found in breach will forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings held in their accounts at the time of closure.

7. Intellectual Property
